font-size: 10pt">我們愛到「騎樓房」聚集，用摺椅砌成長檯，大口吃薯片和月餅，剩下的月餅罐用來煲蠟，一煲煲起三四罐，再用射程達</span><span style="font-family: PMingLiU; font-size: 10pt">4<span>米的</span>2<span>呎水槍遠距離射水，雄雄烈火把</span></span><span style="font-family: PMingLiU; color: black; font-size: 10pt">牆身和天花板燻得黑黑的。</span><span style="font-family: PMingLiU; color: black; font-size: 10pt"><o></o></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0pt"><span style="font-family: PMingLiU; color: black; font-size: 10pt">一次不知是誰把鐵罐放到張師奶晾的衫下，一把火把衫燒光了；又一次不知是誰把打火機拋進罐內，火大得像爆炸一樣，嚇得小明哮喘病發；再有一次我們在電錶房旁點火，差點釀成大廈停電。現在回想起雖然覺得危險，卻成為了令人回心微笑的珍貴回憶。</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0pt"><span style="font-family: PMingLiU; <summary type="html"><![CDATA[<p>這是一篇嘔心的文章, 如果你討厭甜言蜜語, 請不要繼績閱讀.</p><p>***********************************************<br />他因公幹要離開香港七天.</p><p>雖說小別勝新婚, 但這七天真的難捱死了!</p><p>看電視時不能一起大笑; 煮意粉煮得成功時他不能第一時間分享; weekend放晴時不能跟他到處攝影; 買了新bra他不能立即欣賞; 在公司遇上激氣事時他不能給我安慰...</p><p>雖說有IDD, 但為免分鐘用得太多, 我們每天只可談上三數分鐘, 根本連說janetbin的好笑劇情都不夠時間啊!</p><p>幸好妹妹捱義氣過來陪我, 還有黃比高和貓b填滿我的schedule, 日子才過得快一點.</p><p>還記得早幾年他也試過公幹一星期, 當時也沒有覺得日子這般難過.</p><p>原來不知不覺, 他已活在我的生活中. 雖然沒有誰可保證一生一世, 但我真希望紅線能將我們永遠牽在一起 (可能他想快點跑掉, 哈哈).</p><p>為了讓時間快過一點, 假日不斷做甜品, 做了些可以放上數天的cupcake, 還加了topping, 讓他一回來便嚐到甜甜的思念.</p><p><a href="http://cherrybeebakery1.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=111584&amp;resource=2605000-IMG_2498_retouch.jpg"><img src="http://cherrybeebakery1.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=111584&amp;resource=2605000-IMG_2498_retouch.jpg&amp;mode=medium" border="0" alt="Picture" hspace="5" vspace="5" /></a></p><p>材料 (12個3吋分量):<br />紅莓小蛋糕<br />牛油(溶液) 150g  　 <br />糖 150g  　 <br />雞蛋 1隻  　 <br />低筋麵粉 200g<br />泡打粉 1.5茶匙<br />紅莓乾 適量 　 <br />雲呢拿香油 數滴  　 <br />  <br />做法:<br />1. 將牛油及糖以電動打蛋器打至幼滑 <br />2. 加入雞蛋打至均勻<br />3. 加入已篩低筋麵粉及泡打粉，加入雲呢拿香油拌勻. 最後加入紅莓乾<br />4. 預熱焗爐至180c, 焗15分鐘至金黃色<br /> <br />小蛋糕Topping<br />小蛋糕上面彩色的cream是蛋白糖霜(Royal Icing), 感覺上比buttercream light一點, 不過較軟身, 不能做到唧花的效果:</p><p>材料 (3個分量):<br />中型蛋蛋白 1隻<br />糖霜 150g<br />人造食素油</p><p>做法:<br />1. 蛋白打至起泡<br />2. 分3次加入糖霜打至蛋白企起及與糖完全混合(要不時刮邊及呈淡色為止)<br />3. 加入色素打勻<br />4. 放入唧袋唧上蛋糕面</p><p>小貼士:<br />如想蛋白糖霜快點凝結, 可放入焗爐以160c烤2分鐘</p><p align="center"><font face="Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif" size="2" color="#ff6600">歡迎同時在Facebook連繫我, </font><font color="#ff6600"><font face="Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif" size="2">加入CherryBee Bakery社團<br />(請</font><a href="http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#!/group.php?gid=304802552495" target="_blank"><font face="Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif" size="2" color="#6f5f06">按這裡</font></a><font face="Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif" size="2">或於Facebook搜尋CherryBee Bakey即可)</font></font></p>]]></summary>

<summary type="html"><![CDATA[<p>今天讀了篇虐待動物的新聞 (請按<a href="http://hk.dv.nextmedia.com/template/dv_channel/index.php?fuseaction=dv15.player&amp;mode=section&amp;sort=promo&amp;range=d&amp;dv_iss=20100420&amp;id=4104&amp;iss_id=20100420&amp;sec_id=4104&amp;art_id=13947051&amp;av_id=13947342" target="_blank">這裡</a>連結), 實在是震怒!! </p><p>我不明白為何有人竟如此殘忍, 虐待動物的手法層出不窮. 面對弱小的動物, 不是本能會保護牠嗎?</p><p>施虐者可恥, 縱容施虐者一樣可恥!</p><p>香港現時防止虐待動物的條例並無足夠的阻嚇力, 最高刑罰不過是監禁3年及罰款20萬 (不過從沒試過捉到兇手). 而且, 完全沒有立法規管動物福利, 甚至連想裝多幾粒天眼監管都左推右卸, 遑論甚麼動物警察隊, 簡直是天荒夜譚! 這個無能的政府與施虐者根本無異!</p><p>動物也有生命, 縱然見到一株小草也不會刻意踩死它吧?!</p><p>曾聽過一位朋友說因果, 今世做貓狗的, 必然上世做了壞事, 所以今生要受點苦.</p><p>那麼請那些被虐殺及虐待過的貓狗下世記緊做人, 向施虐者及縱容施虐者討債!</p><p>施虐者, 希望你看到這篇文章. 因果循環，請尊重生命, 否則, <strong><font size="5" color="#ff0000">小心下半世</font></strong>!</p><p>P.S 心情太沉重, 未有食譜想分享, 請見諒.</p>]]></summary>

<summary type="html"><![CDATA[<p><font face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="2">認識我的人都知道我並不喜歡外遊.</font></p><p><font face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="2">並不是怕酒店不乾淨, 也不是怕「生鋪床」, 怕的是思鄉. </font></p><p><font face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="2">五天的短遊到了第三天便開始想東想西.</font></p><p><font face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="2">黃比高(我的犬兒)有吃得飽嗎? 狗酒店有好好照顧他嗎? 黃貓b(我的貓女)有掛念我嗎? 媽媽、爸爸、阿姨、阿妹在做甚麼呢? 家裡門窗都鎖好嗎? 公司會不會有很多email呢? 很想吃魚蛋粉....等等</font></p><p><font face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="2">由於患有嚴重思鄉, 到現在為止也只有去過泰國和台灣. </font></p><p><font face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="2">正計劃蜜月旅行, 五天遊還是八天遊呢?! 仍在苦惱盤算中. </font></p><p><font face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="2">如果有藥可以治癒思鄉便好了.</font></p><p><font face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="2">短期內不會去新加坡, 做了一個一直很想試的斑蘭蛋糕,</font></p><p><a href="http://cherrybeebakery1.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=111584&amp;resource=2547507-IMG_1894_retouch_web.jpg"><img src="http://cherrybeebakery1.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=111584&amp;resource=2547507-IMG_1894_retouch_web.jpg&amp;mode=medium" border="0" alt="Picture" hspace="5" vspace="5" /></a><br /><font face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="2"><strong><u>材料 (6吋戚風蛋糕)<br /></u></strong>蛋黃  3個<br />砂糖A 30g<br />菜油 50ml<br />班蘭香油 1茶匙<br />低筋麵粉 60g<br />泡打粉 1/2茶匙<br />蛋白 4個<br />砂糖B 60g</font></p><p><font face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="2"><strong><u>做法</u></strong><br />1. 將蛋黃及砂糖A拌勻，用打蛋器打至蛋黄漿至奶白色 (中速約3分鐘)<br />2. 加入菜油及班蘭香油攪勻<br />3. 低筋麵粉及泡打粉過篩後加入蛋黄漿內攪勻至沒有粉漿粒<br />4. 將蛋白打至起泡, 分3次加入砂糖B以打蛋器打至企身<br />5. 將蛋白霜加入蛋糊用拌入式(Fold-in)*方法完全混合，入模以180度焗30分鐘，取出後倒扣放涼, 直至完全冷卻才可以脫模.完成.</font></p><p><font face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="2"><strong><u>小貼士</u></strong><br />1. *拌入式(Fold-in)即是將膠刮放於蛋糊側邊(右邊, 左撇子請放左邊)的底部, 順時針轉動盤子, 攪拌蛋糊<br />2. 以拌入式(Fold-in)方法拌勻蛋糊可避免破壞蛋白的氣泡, 焗起的戚風會更鬆軟</font></p><p align="center"><font color="#ff6600">歡迎同時在Facebook連繫我, 加入CherryBee Bakery社團<br />(請<a href="http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#!/group.php?gid=304802552495" target="_blank">按這裡</a>或於Facebook搜尋CherryBee Bakey即可)</font></p>]]></summary>
